Honourable High court Jaipur passed an other stay order against Third Grade Teacher recruitment process. In this case issue is regarding Women Reservation. The general Category women seats can not be filled by Reserve category women on the basis of high merit of reserve category women. Final judgement in this matter will be passed later by the Court.

Honourable High court of Raj. has issued Stay Order on the recruitment and appointment process of Third Grade Teacher Level 2 (Second) thorough Jila Parishads.
The issue is " NCTE has issued guidelines in July 2011 regarding Teacher Eligibility Test that 60 % marks will be qualifying marks and 5 % relaxation to various reserve categories may be allowed, but Govt has directions in March 2011 and given relaxation 5-20 % marks relaxation to various categories."
Another issue regarding Women's reservation is also pending in High court Of Raj. The reservation of women is Horizontal but the Jila Parishads applied it as Vertical, which is against the Circular of Department of Personnel (DOP) of Raj. and a decision of Honourable Supreme Court in the case of Rajesh Kumar and Hariom virsus RPSC in 2007. During Next 2-3 days in this matter another stay order may be issued by the High Court Jaipur.
