According to the Result of Third Grade (Primary and Upper Primary School) Teacher Direct Recruitment Competitive Exam, 2013, the candidates who have secured 60 % or more marks (for TSP Area ST candidates 36 %) and stands in the list of 1.5 of the category wise/ subject wise vacant posts will be called for the documents verification on 02.03.2015 (Level I) and 03.03.2015 (Level II). The cut off marks (excluding Nagour district) will be declared on 24.02.2015 on the official website  http://examtgt.rajasthan.gov.in/

Good News for the Candidates who are waiting for a job in Panchayati Raj Department of Rajasthan.

Previous Govt of Rajasthan designed recruitment system in many departments of rajasthan govt with bonus marks max 30 % as per the experience of job on contact in concerning department. Most of the recruitment processes were challenged in High court of Rajasthan. Honourable High Court passed Judgement that maximum limit of bonus marks can be permitted on 15 %. Then govt appealed in Supreme court of India and got stay order on High court judgment. Since then the recruitment processes are held up and unemployed youth are waiting for a job for a long time.

Now the new govt intends to start the process of recruitment in all department. For this purpose govt exercised very much to solve the issue within legal limits of govt. After all thinking about all possible solutions the govt found the last solution  to withdraw the appeal in supreme court and follow the high court judgement. The govt hints towards this.

Perhaps very soon after the budget session of the Rajasthan assembly the govt may withdraw the appeal the start the processes of govt recruitment.

The following jobs may be given.-

LDC, Accountant etc in panchayati raj dept.
Nurse Grade II, Pharmacist etc in Medical and Health dept.

Rajasthan panchayat Raj Department invites applications for the following govt job-

• Lower Division Clerk (LDC)- 19515 Posts

Dates to Apply- 18 February to 22 March, 2013.

Qualification- 1. 10+2 (Senior Secondary) 2. Computer Certificate.
Age limit- 18 to 35 years as on 01.01.14.

Selection Procedure- According to Merit based on Senior Secondary Marks and Bonus marks awarded to contract employees as per their experience.

The District Collector will issue the Experience certificate. The certificate will be issued to the candidates who are facing charges about indiscipline, financial irregularities, "Gaban", or FIR.

UPDATE 28.12.12
The Govt has approved the Merit preparation formula for LDC selection. According this formula the the weigthage of Sr. Secondary marks will be 70 % and 30 % marks will be for Experience certificate. It will be great advantage to the Contract employees and it will be increase their selection probality. On the other side it will be loss to the new or fresh candidates who have no experience of NREGA.
Compare the effect of new formula with this example-

Previous system (100% weightage of Sr Sec Marks)
Candidate A 80 % of Sr. Sec + 0 Experience = 80 Marks
Candidate B 50 % of Sr. Sec + 30 Experience = 80 Marks

New system (70 % weightage of Sr Sec Marks)

Candidate A 80 % = 56 Marks of Sr. Sec + 0 Experience = 56 Marks
Candidate B 50 % = 35 Marks of Sr. Sec + 30 Experience = 65 Marks

Thus the Experience holder candidate will remain in benefit but another aspect of this point is that there are at about 11000 candidates in NREGA at present. The remaining seats will be filled from the candidates of open market which have no experience.

No Bonus marks for higher education. Only Sr. Secondary marks will be the base.
RS-CIT or any other computer course certificate will be necessary.

The govt has decided to appoint the candidates on the posts of LOWER DIVISION CLERK (LDC) according the merit list prepared based on percentage marks of Senior Secondary Exam.
Pay Scale of LDC is- Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs. 1900
Total posts of LDC - 20281 (Jila Parishad- 165 posts, Panchayat samitis- 996 posts, Gram Panchayats- 18354 posts)
Bonus marks to the employees on contact basis- 
1-2 Years experience- 10 bonus marks
2-3 Years experience- 20 bonus marks
3 & more Years experience- 30 bonus marks
Age Relaxation to the employees on contact basis- up to 5 years as per their experience.
Eligible contact employees- Kanisth Takniki sahayak, Junior Engineer, Gram Rojgar Sahayak, Data entry operator, computer operator with machine, kanisth lipik, lekha sahayak, cordinator.

UPDATE- 08.08.12

The Chief Minister of Rajasthan has approved the New Creation of 18354 Lower Division Clerk (LDC) posts for 9177 Gram Panchayats of Rajasthan. 02 posts are sanctioned  for Each Gram Panchayat under the MNREGA Scheme. 

In the Budget Govt declared 01 post of Rojgar Sahayak and 01 post of Suchana Sahayak in each gram Panchayat. But the Panchayati Raj Department requested 02 posts of LDC instead of above Sahayak posts.

The newly created posts are expected to be filled in the current financial year 2012-13 by direct recruitment. The Vacancy Publication and organising exam for the selection of Clerks may be executed by the Panchayati Raj department itself as the Third Grade Teacher Exam.
